These terms govern your use of mysite-name's professional cleaning services across England. Please read them carefully before booking any services to ensure a clear understanding of our cleaning approach, client responsibilities, and the service process.

1. Service Agreement

By booking our cleaning services—whether through regular appointments, deep cleaning requests, or specific task bookings—you agree to these terms. Our cleaning services operate in compliance with relevant UK health and safety regulations.

We provide professional cleaning services through our trained, DBS-checked cleaners across England.


2. Service Scope and Cleaning Standards

Our services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialised task completion. We focus on providing quality cleaning using appropriate techniques and products that meet current industry standards.

While we perform cleaning to professional standards, outcomes can be influenced by initial condition, surface types, and existing maintenance. We provide realistic assessments and use our expertise to achieve thorough cleaning results.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful cleaning outcomes, clients agree to:

  • Provide clear access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Secure pets during cleaning appointments
  • Remove valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas
  • Disclose any specific cleaning challenges or sensitivities
  • Make someone available to provide access and instructions

Clear access and accurate information help us provide efficient and effective cleaning services.


4. Property Preparation and Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning. We require clear working space and adequate lighting to perform cleaning safely and effectively.

We reserve the right to postpone work if safe access cannot be established or if conditions pose risks to our cleaners or your property.


5. Quotations and Service Confirmation

Quotations are provided based on initial assessment and are valid for 30 days. Service confirmation requires written or verbal approval of the quotation. Regular cleaning is scheduled upon confirmation, while one-off services are booked as agreed.

Additional cleaning requirements identified during service may affect pricing and completion time, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.


6. Cleaning Products and Equipment

We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment suitable for most surfaces. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please inform us before cleaning begins.

We cannot guarantee results with client-supplied products and will advise on appropriate alternatives when needed for specific surface types.


7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service or as agreed for regular cleaning arrangements. For commercial contracts exceeding £500, we may require advance payment or deposit. Payment methods will be confirmed before service commences.

Late payments may incur additional charges and affect future service scheduling. We reserve the right to require payment for completed services before scheduling additional appointments.


8. Satisfaction and Quality Assurance

We strive to meet your cleaning expectations and welcome feedback about your experience. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please discuss this with us within 24 hours of service completion.

We offer complimentary touch-up cleaning within 48 hours for any areas that may not meet agreed standards.


9. Regular Cleaning Arrangements

For ongoing cleaning arrangements, we maintain consistent scheduling and service standards. Any changes to regular requirements should be communicated with reasonable notice to ensure appropriate service delivery.

Regular cleaning schedules may be adjusted with mutual agreement, subject to availability and operational capacity.


10. Health and Safety Compliance

All cleaning is carried out with attention to health and safety standards. We use appropriate protective equipment and follow safe working practices to protect both our staff and your property.

We reserve the right to modify cleaning approaches if we identify potential safety concerns or hazardous conditions.


11. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a £25 charge. Regular cleaning appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellation to avoid charges.

We understand that plans change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.


12. Access and Key Security

For key collection or key safe access, we maintain strict security protocols. Keys are stored securely when not in use and are returned as agreed. Key safe codes are stored encrypted and accessed only for scheduled appointments.

We cannot accept responsibility for property access issues caused by faulty locks or changed access codes without prior notification.


13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for services is limited to the cost of the cleaning performed. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues unrelated to our cleaning activities.

We maintain appropriate insurance and follow industry best practices in our cleaning work.


14. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
